Osho Meditations & Celebration: A Full Day Transformation Event

$30Hi friends, we are inviting you to a full day of Osho meditations and celebration at a newly opened beautiful Osho ashram in Miami, Florida.
Osho meditation techniques are easy, playful but have proven to be very effective in transformation by cleaning deeper layers of the mind and the subconscious. Osho meditations can be practiced by anyone, whether you are just learning to meditate or have been meditating for years. The techniques are more powerful when practiced in a group and in a dedicated space which creates an energy field. Also, we recommend that you attend the whole day to get a feel of the inner transformation, and not to break the group flow.
All levels are welcome, if you have never meditated in your life and want to try it out, it’s a great opportunity to dive in with very different techniques for any personality and need – all meditations will be explained and guided, your practice will be supported by a friendly group of meditators. RSVP is required for this event.
Event Fee : $30, includes breakfast. Donations to this new ashram are accepted.
Event schedule:
Phase I : Cleansing of Body and Mind
7:45 am – Check-in/Introduction
8:00 am to 9:30 am – Osho Dynamic Meditation
9:30 – 10:00 Breakfast
10:00 am – 11:00 am – A Taste of Osho No-Mind
11:15 – 11:30 pm – Listening in Awareness: Osho discourse
Phase II – Centering of the Bio-Energy
11:30 – 1 pm – Osho No-Dimension Meditation- A Sufi whirling technique of centering.
1:00 pm – Lunch Break (You can bring your own vegetarian lunch or we will be doing a group order from a local vegan/vegetarian restaurant. Please do not bring meat products to the ashram)
2:45 pm – 4:00 pm – Osho Nadabrahma Meditation – Tibetan technique of centering.
Phase III – Ascending with the Bio-Energy
4:30- 5:30 pm – Osho Kundalini Meditation
6:00 – 6:30 pm – Celebration and End of event.

Important details:
– Bring your yoga mat, eye mask if you have one, a water bottle.
– Wear loose comfortable clothes (not tight yoga clothes), preferably not black. Make sure your clothes do not constrict your blood flow if you sit for an hour without movement. Those who have maroon meditation robes are welcome to wear them.
– Please do not eat a heavy breakfast before the morning Dynamic meditation. Since the meditations are active, please try to avoid caffeine/caffeinated drinks. Light breakfast will be provided after Dynamic.
– All techniques will be explained in detail and guided, you don’t have to be familiar with the techniques.
– If you have any prior physical or mental ailments please let the facilitator know before the start of meditations. If you feel unwell on the morning of the event please do not come and text/email us to cancel.
